I hereby authorise Elevate Property Management, its employees & contractors to use the master keys to the above property to gain access to investigate and if applicable carry out repairs at the property without the need for further notice to me.

Call to Arrange Access:

I do not authorise Elevate Property Management, its employees or contractors to use the master keys to the above property and undertake personally to provide access to the property at a time to be advised by the contractors. I freely acknowledge that if I make such arrangements and then fail to provide access to the property, I will personally be liable for any charges made by the contractors for travelling to & from the property.
